Before selecting your appointment, please carefully review the following venue policies and fees. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to these terms to ensure a seamless and successful event experience.
Venue POLICIES
All outside vendors must be approved by the venue.
The use of rice, bird seeds, confetti, glitter, etc., is prohibited.
Floor runners are not allowed.
Ceiling draping or attachments are not permitted.
Amplified music is allowed indoors only.
Alcohol must be served by our licensed bartenders (no exceptions).
Approved outside caterers are allowed.
All items must be removed from the venue at breakdown (no exceptions).
Venue fees
A $375 venue cleaning fee applies to all events and must be paid on the day of your event.
An additional $500 fee will be charged if the client or vendors do not follow venue guidelines on the event day. Please ensure everyone involved is aware of all policies and procedures.
Detail officers are available at $50 per hour, with a minimum of four hours. Rates are double on holidays. Additional officers may be required for certain events, as determined by the St. John Parish Sheriff's Office.

A processing surcharge applies to all credit card transactions.
